HMPS designed and manufactured a special crate packer for an Australian dairy. Here is a video of the crate packer packing bottled milk. Due to the bottled milk with thinner plastic walls, the handling of the product needed special consideration in order to avoid product damage throughout the packing process. Our latest crate packer running at up to 220 bottles per minute. We have utilised vacuum pickup on this machine to allow for a decrease in the drop into the crate and minimizing maintenance. More and more dairies are looking to thinner bottles for their milk packaging. HMPS has a tried and tested solution for this challenge.
