HMPS robotic packaging cell randomly picked and erected 4 different size RSC carton blanks from 4 magazines. The cartons are bottom sealed with hot melt glue and positioned in 1 of 4 cup array stack builders. Stacks of 50 flow wrapped plastic cups are stacked in the array builder and then pushed into the RSC carton. The robot then removes the loaded carton and places it in the random hot melt top sealer. The robotic packaging cell will run at up to 6 cartons per minute.
