Bag Agitation (Below Jaws)

The “Bag Agitation (below jaws)” option for a VFFS machine is similar to the “Bag Agitation (above jaws)” option, and it is a feature that allows for shaking or agitating the package contents after it has been filled, sealed and cut. This option is particularly useful for packaging products that require a specific level of compaction or for products that settle during the filling process.

This is a mechanical device that is mounted on the bottom of the VFFS machine below the sealing jaws and will help to evenly distribute the contents of the package, and to compact or settle the contents if needed.
